Greg is very excited about the 21st century AI self-coaching conditioning. He truly believes this modality enhancement conditioning system will be the “Personal Trainer of the Future”, not limited to diet and exercise, but a tool for learning, performance and psychology as well.

He has also created a AI software process for the internet, soon to be released, along with a book series, that will bring diet, exercise, change and conditioning to the next level into the 21st century.
