In the OSTEOPATHIC FITNESS® protocol, the goal is to increase efficiency in the muscle that demonstrates weakness. Once a position of weakness has been identified, corrective exercises are performed in order to reinforce the strength of the muscle and integrate it into functional movement patterns.
