To ensure that the diet is quick and easy, here are ten fast tips that will make you a winner at losing weight.

Make sure you pick the right time (when your schedule permits) to go on the 3-Day Diet.

Make sure you have everything you need for the diet in your refrigerator.

Keep a diet journal to record your weight and what you eat. It will help you gain insight into the circumstances and times of day when you might need to make an extra effort to stay on course.
